COVID-19 Notice

Dear friends.

To assist the efforts underway to slow the spread of COVID-19, and in adherence with “stay at home” orders from the Governor of Indiana, our Distribution Center located in Indianapolis will be closed through April 7, 2020.

No orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EDT on March 23, 2020, will be shipped until at least April 8, 2020. This date is subject to change. Any online order received between March 23 and April 8, 2020, will still be accepted and will be processed and shipped on or after April 8, 2020. Outstanding orders will be processed first.

Our ongoing response to dealing with the coronavirus (COVID-19) is closely aligned with recommendations outlined by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as government decisions.

Our focus remains on supporting the health and livelihood of our employees, while caring for our customers and communities. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

In addition, as a precautionary measure to ensure the health and safety of our employees and community, our Customer Service Call Center will be closed beginning 5:00 pm EDT Friday, March 20, 2020.  During this closure we will be unable to answer phone calls or respond to voicemails.  However, we will continue to respond to inquiries submitted via email or submitted through the “Contact Us” section on the website.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hopefully, we will be back to normal service in the near future.
